Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange any unused, unopened, undamaged, and clean products within 15 days of receiving your shipment. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and condition.


Steps to Request a Return:

  2. Fill out the form, clearly stating your request for a refund or exchange, and provide your order ID.

  3. If you are requesting a refund for only part of your order, please specify the products you wish to return.

  4. Once your request is submitted, you will receive an auto-response confirming that we have received it.

  5. Our team will review your request and contact you to confirm the refund or exchange process.



Refunds

We aim to provide high-quality products for your pets. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of an item, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange.

Refund Conditions:

  • All items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging.

  • Items must be sent back within 15 days of receipt.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.



Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return instructions above and specify the replacement product you would like. We will process your exchange once the original item is received and inspected.

Shipping for Returns

  • You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If an item is returned in unacceptable condition, it will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.
